Documents and details for visa applications are used solely for those applications and shared only with the relevant embassies, institutions, or providers involved in delivering the service you asked for.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.

We keep records for as long as the service and applicable law require, and no longer. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where the law allows — contact details are below.

Documents in our care are handled by named staff, stored securely, and returned or destroyed as agreed. Online enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems.
